Shadowfax Corporation

Shadowfax Corporation is a private, nonprofit human services agency founded in 1985 that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism throughout York County, Pennsylvania. The organization provides residential and community-based services that help individuals develop independence, build life skills, and participate fully in their communities. Residential services support approximately 60 individuals across 20 homes, while more than 120 people participate in day services including supported employment, community participation supports, and life skills training. Located on two campuses in York, PA, Shadowfax employs approximately 205 staff members who deliver person-centered support. Guided by values of empowerment, inclusion, respect, collaboration, and integrity, the organization works to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live meaningful and fulfilling lives within their communities.
